- Condition of Items: Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all tags and labels attached.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt, must be provided.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds:
- Gift cards
- Final sale items
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Underwear and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
How to Request a Refund
- Contact Us: Email our customer service team at support@berares.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the refund request.
- Approval: Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed return instructions.
- Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received.
Processing Refunds
- Inspection: Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria.
- Approval: If the return is approved, we will process your refund. If the return is not approved, the item(s) will be sent back to you.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after approval.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at support@berares.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
Important Notes
- Original Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Return Shipping Costs: If a prepaid return label is provided, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- International Orders: Customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through Berares.com. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly.
