Return and Exchange Overview

At Berares.com, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Our policy allows you to return or exchange items within 10 days of receiving your order. Please read the following guidelines to ensure a smooth return or exchange process.

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:

  • Unused and unworn: The item must be in the same condition that you received it.
  • In the original packaging: Including all tags, labels, and accessories.
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase: A receipt or order confirmation.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns or exchanges:

  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Underwear and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at support@berares.com with your order number, item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return or exchange.
  2. Wait for Approval: Our team will review your request and send you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed instructions.
  3. Prepare Your Package: Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging, include the proof of purchase, and write the RAN on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship the Package: Use a trackable shipping service to return the item(s) to the address provided by our customer service team. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Processing Returns and Exchanges

  • Returns: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
  • Exchanges: If you need a different size, color, or a different item altogether, we will process the exchange once we receive and inspect the original item. We will ship the new item to you at no additional cost.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@berares.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.

Important Notes

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund if a prepaid return label is provided.
  • For international orders, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through Berares.com. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly.
