Order Processing Time

Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
  • Some remote areas may have longer delivery times or may not be serviceable by our couriers. If your location falls in such a category, our customer service team will contact you to make alternative arrangements.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

Important Notes

  • Public Holidays: Orders placed on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Delivery Attempts: Our delivery partners will make up to three attempts to deliver your order. If the delivery is unsuccessful after three attempts, the package will be returned to us, and a refund will be processed.
